My Professional Journey
I am a seasoned communication professional with over nine years of expertise in strategic public relations, journalism, and campaign management. My career journey has been defined by a passion for impactful storytelling, fostering meaningful relationships, and executing innovative communication strategies that drive organizational success.
I hold a Master of Social Sciences (MSS) and a Bachelor of Social Sciences (BSS) in Mass Communication and Journalism from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. These academic foundations have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of communication dynamics and honed my skills in analyzing and addressing complex societal issues.
I serve as the Assistant Vice President of the PR Communications Department at Nagad, a leading mobile financial services provider. In this role, I lead a dynamic team to develop and implement PR strategies aligned with organizational goals, enhance media relations, and manage high-stakes crisis communications. My work also involves crafting compelling narratives, measuring campaign impact, and executing international PR campaigns to elevate the brand’s global presence.

Strategic Communication
Building strong networks with media professionals, marketing experts, and technology partners, fostering collaborations that enhance brand reputation.
Project Management
At Nagad, I spearheaded initiatives such as the publication of “Birer Mukhe Birottogantha,” a book capturing the experiences of ex-military Freedom Fighters, and coordinated the "Joy Bangla" book project in partnership with Banglatribune. I also successfully organized the Best Reporting Award ceremony with Dhaka Reporters’ Unity (2021) and the Economic Reporters Forum (2024).
International Exposure
Through my collaboration with a foreign PR agency, I have strengthened global media outreach and amplified Nagad’s organizational visibility on international platforms.
Journalism
With six and a half years of experience as a journalist, I have covered significant political events, including city corporations and national elections, and have reported on the activities of the then-ruling and opposition parties in Bangladesh. My reporting has been rooted in uncovering societal challenges and advocating for change.

At Nagad, I led crisis communication efforts by swiftly managing media inquiries, crafting clear and transparent messages, and ensuring consistent brand messaging during critical situations. In addition to my professional commitments, I am actively pursuing language studies. I am currently enrolled in an A1 French course at Alliance Française de Dhaka. My multilingual journey reflects my enthusiasm for cross-cultural communication and continuous learning.
Beyond my career, I am an avid traveler with aspirations to become a travel vlogger. I aim to share engaging travel stories and experiences with a global audience, combining my passion for exploration and storytelling expertise.
